Acceptance of Terms

CapitalMD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site to evaluate our services and complete an application. You agree not to:

Application and Eligibility

CapitalMD reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion. Submitting an application does not create a partnership or services relationship; any such relationship is governed by a separate written agreement.

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and design—is the exclusive property of CapitalMD or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapitalMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
