Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using capitalmd.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

Use License

CapitalMD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site to evaluate our services and complete an application. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to discover the underlying code.

Application and Eligibility

  • You have the authority to provide the information submitted.

CapitalMD reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion. Submitting an application does not create a partnership or services relationship; any such relationship is governed by a separate written agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and design—is the exclusive property of CapitalMD or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapitalMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Indemnification

Governing Law
